... and used the 2:1 dilution, I found there was insufficient product to cover my drive and rear garden patio despite the £60 cost! Was it effective? Yes. Easy to use? Fairly - but be careful where it might splash. The product does not replace the need to jet wash. Is it cost effective? Fraid not.

Best stuff I've had for cleaning patios. Used this for 3 years and recommend it for mossy, slippery surfaces.

Excellent product easy to apply with a pressure sprayer my patio was very heavily colonised with black spot. The patio is 16 years old, and 80 square meters, I just need to reapply to six or seven slabs the rest looks like new.
